Facilities

The conference section consists of a conference hall of in all 328 m2. The auditorium can hold about 150 meeting participants placed at conference tables and platforms, and about 250 persons with a pure seat arrangement. In the foyer you will find the reception and the staff restaurant at the end of the hallway.

Besides the conference hall, there are two course rooms that can hold about 22 participants each.  The rooms are flexible and can be turned into one big meeting room, thus holding a total of 46 meeting participants. Without tables each classroom can hold 55 meeting participants. On the 1st floor, there are 4 minor group rooms that also can be turned according to the size of the booked meeting.

It is also possible for the participants to enjoy their lunch in the dining part on the 1st floor. Furthermore, there are open areas to be used during meeting breaks.

The various course- and meeting rooms of the conference section are equipped with the most modern AV-equipment. The conference hall is equipped with a 400 x 300 cm frame screen, data-/video projector, visualizer, surround sound, wireless microphones and wireless operation system.  In the classrooms there are projector /light canon) motorized screen, whiteboard and flipover.
